In order for someone to recertify with WMTC, their school's curriculum must follow the minimum Wilderness Medicine Education Collaborative (WMEC) certification standards. We will not recertify the graduates of schools who offer exclusively online certifications.
If you took a course from a wilderness medicine school that is not on the list below you may be eligible to recertify with us if we can confirm that your school follows the WMEC certification standards. Please email us with a copy of your certification card and a link to the school's website.
