Fields and some wooded areas offer ample outdoor space within walking distance of classrooms for practice simulations. More complicated and interesting simulation sites are within a short drive at Point Defiance State Park and Owen Beach. The university does not provide transportation to off-campus simulation sites; be prepared to carpool.
