The course will be held at Union College in the International Rescue and Relief department in the Harris Center. The address is 3800 South 48th Street, Lincoln, NE 68506. We are located in building 5 on the attached campus map. We will be doing most of the class and sims here, but will be doing the Mass Casualty Incident (MCI) at Wilderness Park. Most of our sims will happen in the arboretum section of the Union College campus. We have large grassy spaces with trees etc. This will likely be covered in snow in January. This is within walking distance from the classroom. We will do the Mass Casualty Incident (MCI) at Wilderness Park, about a 15 minute drive from campus. It is a wild park with bike trails, a river, steams, steep banks, etc. and makes for a more realistic training location. More details here.
