This 9-day standard WFR is taught on-site at the Texas Tech University Center situated on the banks of the South Llano River. Participants have the opportunity to practice skills and reinforce concepts introduced in formal lecture during hands-on simulations staged around the outdoor center.
Nearest Airport: Austin (AUS) or San Antonio (SAT)
Lodging: Lodging is available on-site in screened cabins with bunk beds with bunk beds and a shared outdoor cooking space. There are male and female bathhouses that include bathrooms and hot showers. Cost is $175.
Meals: Meals are not provided during the course. If you are staying onsite, you will need to bring your own food.
Parking: Parking is available onsite at no charge.
