Remember you must be present and engaged for the entire course or practical session to be eligible for certification. Be prepared. Thoroughly read the student handbook as it provides detailed information about expectations—yours and ours—what to bring, wear, and how to study. 

Course Syllabus
Student Handbook

This course is held at the Milky Way building on the Pacific University campus at 2017 21st Ave, with easy access to multiple simulation sites.
Lodging: Some lodging is available in Forest Grove; Portland is nearby with many options.
Camping: Nearby Tillamook State Forest has public campgrounds. C
all the Forest Grove District Headquarters at 503-357-2191 for information.
Parking: Park in Lot P. Put a note on your vehicle stating you are participating in the Wilderness First Responder course at Pacific University. There is also 4hr city parking nearby.
Food: Bring your own lunch & snacks. You can buy take-out food on campus. Forest Grove has a few eating establishments with take-out available. Multiple restaurants, grocery stores, and markets in Portland, some with curbside pickup.
