Broken teeth, lost fillings, loose crowns, etc. can be a problem in the field. Cavit is a no-mix dental putty that makes field repairs fast and easy. Take a small amount of the putty, roll it into a ball, place it on the tooth, press into place with a finger, then gently bite down; avoid chewing for fifteen minutes. Cavit comes in a 7 gram tube. Oil of Clove (eugenol) relieves pain associated with all dental problems. You can use with Oil of Clove with the Cavit dental putty. Oil of Clove comes in a range of Nalgene bottles; carry it in one of the small 6-loop velcro strips.
