You are on a ten day hut-to-hut ski trip in the mountains. Some of the huts have been quite rustic with minimal facilities. On day six one of the women, Mary, came to you complaining of something in her eye. On examination, you find her eye slightly red with a bump on the lower eyelid near her tear duct (see photo). She says its irritating when she blinks. She reports she stopped wearing her contacts yesterday when the irritation started.
What is Mary's current problem and what should you do about it? Click here to find out.
